Please always feel free to contact us if you are experiencing any issues with your order, we will make our best to assist you as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges ↔️

If you ever need to make an exchange please follow the process below: 

- Contact us to return your product as soon as possible (shipping cost is not covered) 

- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product(s) and if it's approved, we will create a promo code for the amount of the item(s) you returned. (example: if you returned an harness paid $30, you will get a promo code for $30 off) 

- Order your replacement item free of charge using your promo code on our website. 

Please note that all return and exchange requests need to be done no more than 48h after receiving your package. If the items are damaged, used or stained the return won’t be approved. 


Refunds 💰

This is a case by case situation. If for any reasons you are asking for a refund, we will ask you to return the product(s) and notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return if the refund has been approved or not. 
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

If you received the wrong product(s), or a defective item, please contact us ASAP within 48 hours so we can make it right. ☁️

Cancellations ❌

We accept to cancel and refund an order if the order has not shipped yet. Order will be refunded on your original payment method. 
If the order is already in transit, please refer to the Refunds paragraph above.
